NoviqTech & Hedera Foundation Extend Strategic Collaboration
Sydney, 26 May 2025 — NoviqTech Limited (ASX: NVQ) is proud to announce the extension of its strategic collaboration with Hedera Foundation (formerly The HBAR Foundation) for an additional five years. This extension is supported by a milestone-based grant designed to drive accelerated customer growth, enhance platform adoption, and expand transaction scalability across NoviqTech’s blockchain-powered sustainability solutions.
Key Highlights
A cornerstone of this grant is the Customer Marketing Development Fund (MDF), which will drive NoviqTech’s enterprise customer acquisition and platform adoption. The MDF will also provide financial support to enhance NoviqTech’s capabilities in meeting strategic customer requirements.
The grant includes structured milestones tied to tangible platform usage of growing commercial relationships and enabling reinvestment into the Carbon Central and NoviqAI platforms based on transaction volumes, providing a strong roadmap to validate market traction and growth in environmental asset accounting and supply chain tracking.
The grant extension from Hedera Foundation will enable continued development and deployment of blockchain-powered solutions that underpin transparency, traceability, and trust in sustainability reporting.

NoviqTech’s Carbon Central platform leverages Hedera’s secure, energy-efficient distributed ledger technology to provide immutable proof of sustainability and carbon reporting. This extended collaboration reinforces NoviqTech’s commitment to delivering trusted, transparent, and scalable blockchain solutions that empower organisations across industries to improve sustainability performance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Terms
NoviqTech has been awarded up to USD $735,000 by the Hedera Foundation, a fund dedicated to growing the Hedera ecosystem. The grant will be progressively drawn down by NoviqTech on the achievement of milestones over the term of the grant (5 years). NoviqTech does not expect to incur any material expenses associated with claiming down on the grant. Either party is eligible to terminate the grant for non-performance.
The milestones are tied to tangible platform usage of growing commercial relationships and enabling reinvestment into Carbon Central and NoviqAI platforms based on transaction values. The milestones are structured such that NVQ will receive more of the grant funding (up to US$735,000) the more successful the collaboration. There is no upfront draw down on the grant. The milestones are not interdependent, and each milestone may be achieved periodically at any time during the five-year period of the collaboration. The grant in respect of a milestone that is not achieved in the five-year period lapses.
