With a background in software engineering, cloud systems and blockchain innovation, Freddy has spent more than a decade building platforms that prioritise data integrity, provenance and operational transparency. As founder of a blockchain Provenance-as-a-Service platform, he pioneered the use of distributed ledger technology for asset authentication and verification, supporting developers and enterprises requiring immutable records and audit-ready documentation.
At NoviqTech, Freddy oversees the strategy behind Carbon Central and Fuel Central, platforms designed to connect production data, emissions measurement and compliance workflows into a structured, verifiable system. His focus is on enabling cross-jurisdiction compatibility, secure sustainability reporting, and scalable digital traceability infrastructure that supports evolving global regulatory frameworks, including renewable fuel mandates and carbon removal standards.
Freddy’s leadership combines strategic planning, digital transformation and operational execution. He has founded and scaled multiple technology ventures across the UK and Australia, delivering custom software solutions, blockchain applications and cloud-based platforms. His experience spans clean energy markets, enterprise software, and data governance systems.
